"The Storm Shelter"

"The aftermath,
is set in stone,
that I have never,
been alone.
My God is always with me.
He shelters me,
from the storms,
and has since,
the day,
that I was born.

His Presence,
breaths a calm,
as He is the guide,
to all of my steps I take,
to Him I confide.
Because He knows,
what's best,
for me everytime,
and as I stand by Him,
I know that I shine.

He loves me,
just the way I am,
and helps me grow,
to be a better man,
whose hands are always kind,
whose smile so warm,
that seeks to help others,
find their shelter,
from the storm."
