I abandoned my past
Broke all ties
I forgave myself for all the lies
And rose above the pandemonium
Caused by my mistakes 
I told myself to let things go
I tore through the canvas of my fears
Erased the memories and the tears 
Willfuly sunk the chest of mystery 
Determined to rewrite my own history 
I say farwell to my dark night 
Turning my back on the arduous fight 
Like a swan I spread my wings 
My transformation complete 
Here I cut the strings 
And soar to fulfill my dreams
