TO THE UNSEEN GOD

A prayer for deliverance

Cover me with your grace
And shelter this ole retched soul
Lead me by the still waters
And make me whole

Forgive the darkness of my thoughts
Where evil hibernates and prevails
Wash me in your cleansing blood
Remove all gilt and stains

Teach me to love my fellow man
Even those that hate the color of my skin
Without your guidance and protection
My labor would be in vain

I live in a land corrupt
And the people is such as I
A world where wickedness rules
And evil, is the light of man's eyes.
