Its that time of year again

Where family gathers round

The magic of the season

That brings an angelic sound

As we hold our loved ones close

For we've been waiting for this day

To show the love that we he

We tuck the kids in bed

Then we head back down the stairs

We wrap the presents for them

Then we start our adult affairs

I'll go get the classes

If you go get the wine

For it's the perfect night you see

For these two hearts to combine

Soon we'll be interupted

By our kids as they try

To sneak out to see Santa

And to see his reindeer fly

So hurry up before they come
