Oh... What to do in this heat

Strip off naked

Or paddle your feet

100 degree,s in the shade

Delicate material

Is from what we are made!

Protect your head & body

From, the mid-day sun

Be very careful.. not to burn your bum

Cover yourself in lotion

Or there could be a commotion

When you go in

& so red is your skin

As soon as your indoor,s

Your skin, look,s oh so raw

Smarting in the bath

Stinging you all over

I should have stayed in the shade

Silly pattern,s the sun has made

Tan line,s every where

Only a few white bit,s 

Usually ya bum & ya tit,s

Your skin is looking medium rare !

I wish i,d of taken a bit more care !
