Poem -

Tree

Oh how I wish
That I were a tree
Imagine how tall and pretty i'd be
My branches full of life
As children would climb
I would bring happiness as families did eat
Chatting and laughing beneath my leaves.
I would be a good home
For some little soul
To keep them warm
As winters grew cold.
I would be the place
Where people had their first kiss
How I am a romantic
This dream brings me bliss.
I would be a place to rest your head
When restless and in need of a bed
I would be theĀ place where a baby first walks
Maybe even where a baby first talks
For many I would be just a tree
But for few I would become family
