Instinct is a wonderful Blessing, and is something that is possessed by us all.
It’s a natural ability that gives you a freedom; and will also help you stand tall.
This Blessing, or Gift, or whatever you call it, is something that can’t be denied.
and if you learn to trust in this gift, it will allow you to see what can’t hide.
At sometime or other we have all used the adage, “Hindsight is a wonderful thing“,
if you trusted your Instinct to show you the way, then Hindsight would fail to begin.
I understand how hard it is, to depend on something you can’t see,
but try it one day and trust in your Instinct, to show you whatever will be.
Nine times out of ten, if you give it a chance, your Instinct will not let you down.
This wonderful gift, with which you were blessed, will make a smile out of a frown.
Trust your feelings in moments of dispute, allow Instinct to dictate your choice,
eventually you’ll see that by taking that chance, your Instinct has given you a voice.
Now that you’ve found it and made it a part of your life,
your Instinct will always be true.
It will stay with you wherever you are, and follow whatever you do.
It cannot be lost or given away; its loyalty can never be questioned,
its presence is unique and one of a kind, and comes only to them that are destined.
Wherever you are, whatever you do, don’t ever lose faith with this gift.
In times of darkness and you’ve nothing to lose, this blessing will give you a lift.

crisp articulation easy flowing writing....I agree with everything you said, about trusting your instinct; sometimes it's like a voice in your head saying ' what the heck are you doing, are you nuts?" that you ignore, and it's proven right....trusting your instincts all the time can sometimes take a life time....thought provoking edifying write....enjoyed, Martin

I am pleased you agree with my view about Instinct. Unfortunately far too many people cannot see its benefits, Although you can bet that everyone has said at some time in their life " I knew I should not have done that " or " I knew that was going to happen". etc etc

Good write Martin, I trust my instincts and my cat like reflexes lol. I agree people do need to depend on their instincts more like a sixth sense. Well written allstars.
A well written piece on a fascinating subject Michael. I always trust my gut instinct and it`s got me out of some interesting and tricky situations. Well done for another well written and well thought out, interesting piece. I enjoyed this one.
