If it's about honesty then I will admit I'm still in love with you. If you admit all the things you hide then maybe we stand a chance against the odds . Get off the high horse and say the truth . Trough all these years I have held a candle for you and so want to it to be reciprocated . Accepting your new wife is going to be a kick in the guts . Maybe it was all one sided and miserable . Forbidden fruit always tastes sweet in dreams . Unfortunately things are never that simple reality is a unforgiving bitch . Regardless of my  candle and high hopes , she's the one you love . So I have to take all the years I spent being yours and stub out the flame .
