Truthful Sentences

What's left in life when there's no desire?
Taking shapes to form something new?
Becoming something that isn't you?
I tremble the thoughts as I impatiently await death

You can look outside and say you love the rain
But step outside and stand in the downpour for days
Put your hand in fire to know it burns
Get my idioms? You'll never know something until you've learned

Everyday is a dog beaten to the brink of death only to be treated with a chew toy and a good boy
"Love me and I'll love you". I know the signs
I lived the metaphors just as much as you've told lies
