Twist of Fate

Twist of Fate

Constantly threatened
Constantly denied
Constantly I’m humoured
By the reasons that I tried
I feel constantly closed in
By the decisions that you make
My thoughts never counted
To you there irate
Give me constant reminders
Times at stake
Still your rules
Twist my fate

So turn my head around
I’m coming out of my shell
To turn yours upside down
Twist of fate
Break my style
I feel all twisted
I’ll be round in a while
So twist my fate
Burn my denial
Chain me up
In the bitterly twisted pile
