Two Little Loves

Splashing in your wellington boots.
Such big smiles and joy.
Your face is of a cherubin,
My little bonny boy.
From being small you shine a light,
That all the world can see.
Happy go lucky little guy,
Who belongs to me!!
My little genius boy of eight,
You’re so very bloody clever.
I'll hold your hand till you let go,
And wish it to be never!!
You also have a light that shines,
Throughout all space and time,
My deep, intense and soulful boy
I’m so glad you're mine!

Thanks Debs, very much appreciated ?
Such a sweet, heartfelt write. Nothing can compare to a mother's love.
Very much enjoyed this.
Thank you, I appreciate your kind words :)
Such delightful, side-by-side, portraits of two very different little boys; each basking in the light of his mother's unwavering devotion.
Enchanting!!
