It's been stessful lately 
Felt the pressure greatly

I am fighting two sides
ONE who's free, one who hides

I was locked for so long
The pull in me so strong

To be guilty and ashamed
To be broken and blamed

To answer the masters call
Step over the edge and fall

Into the arms that oppress
My ability to truly express

Into the arms that will lie
Don't comfort me as I cry

Don't wrap me up in safety
It's been overwhelmingly lately 

Your mind will forget the rest
Only flash to you the best

Shielding you from the worst
But I need the bubble to burst

Because I AM worth more
The abuse I can not ignore
