Up here the air is fine, but I long for another
not love but life, where the mermaids wonder
darkness doesn’t roam there; mermaids do
enchanted coral reef; a colour-filled picture
riches of aquarium life without the glass wall
where the pearly shells shine the brightest
away from prying eyes and double spies
take me lower, deeper into your domain
echoes from my sea sisters calling me home
reach my love below, in her water kingdom;

Kingdom of heaven you’ve been away too long
i want to lay down there on the ocean floor
nothing as soft and lovely as this sandy carpet
good night but don’t wake me, I'm not dreaming
diamonds and rubies can’t buy this kind of freedom
one wish, my only wish is to float here forever more
mistress of the sea, don’t save me from this ship wreck
