The Unforgiven

Your beauty and perfection a wicked disguise, Smooth caramel skin dark sapphire eyes, Your hair as dark and mysterious as your soul, You could walk on all men from head to toe, Though your body as grand as a setting sun, You can not love nor be that which is loved, This nature of yours is a powerful blow, It burns like fire makes your aura glow, We remember your name through out history and time, Your only action recorded a natural crime, Was it he who seduced you? This split tongue lizard who planned it all through, Our predecessor's wrote on paper in plain, With only you as the one we should blame, Not only serpent's spoke against you in bold, It is man who betrayed you and had this story told, Are we not born of wicked heart's and minds? Have we not betrayed each other for a thousandth time? Now you are cursed or so it is said? To forever wonder and give birth to the dead, How can we learn of forgiveness and love? If we do not receive it from those up above, Why do we hurt our own from within? Are we punishing all women for this original sin?
