Unforgiveness
Porcelainย heart quivers in despair
ย Words so cruel beyond compare
ย Serpent tongue, bejeweledย eyes,
ย Forked sensualย amid errant lies.
Led mine soul to the bowels of hell,
ย Aching eternally in fits of bespell.
ย Thrust away like an abandon toy,
ย Hedonic lips smirk cruelty coy.
Canst I be forgiven for stupidity?
ย For loving this viper of iniquity?
ย For surely graceย amidst boundlessย love,
ย Shall show mercy from heaven above
Art I cast away for this impropriety,
ย Exiled by the mass of society.
ย Condemned for an unchaste fall,
ย Alas I be the most foolish of all.

The title is perfect; the accompanying image...rather eye-catching: but the words, Lisa! Oh, the words!!
The great Roman poet Horace once wrote: Quadunque bonus dormitat homerus: "Sometimes, even the great Homer sleeps"
It was his way of explaining how, sometimes, even great poets have bad days.
But Horace never met DARKLY!! Because, apparently, she never sleeps!!!
