Unfulfilled Promises
Gazing out amidst the fog with no hope to rectify her plight
Having disagreements was the norm for her sad,bittersweet life
As she is standing In the dress of red tears are rolling down from this burden of pain
He pushed her away for the final time living her cursed for the rest of her existence
Damned in this pattern of unrelenting torment, promises unfulfilled
How many years must she keep holding on with her heart shattered like debris on the ocean floor?
Fate dealt her a hand very few would learn to understand
Stuck in the moment pondering all things past,present, and future
Will his love be enough to heal someone who is worth loving despite her hurt of the years?
With waves crashing in over the rocks below
She is calling out for His Mercy, God please save this agonizing soul
