Untimely End

Beneath the untimely dejection
Forced when life was sucked out of your lungs.
As I looked at you all blue
A rage inside grew
First denial of what my eyes could see
And that at some point you’d come back to me
Walkthrough that door
Arms opened wide
Jeering with a rye smile “surprise.”
But nothing.....only an empty space
Time has taken you out of place
And now I feel life’s such a waste

Very sad. It hurts so much when you lose someone you love...whether by death or by losing them to another. It is a pain you carry for the rest of your life. I am so sorry for your loss x

Gwen there's nothing worse in this life than to lose a loved one so dear and cherished to one's heart. Your forlorn and touching poem states that heartache.
It is hard, so hard to try and move on, a constant struggle and in all hearts in all people's who endure we go for the other loved ones around us and never forget those we love and miss so much.
Take care Gwen and simply do the best you can and rely on the support offered by family and friends.
