Vignette

Vignette

Gazing out a window
That leads to a driveway
That goes into a road
Connected to nowhere
Once I thought there was a destination
A place of shining result and grace
Where doing the right thing
Working hard and being selfless
Was the point
Now
I see only confusion in that story
The prince stays a frog and
The princess turns into a politician
Movie star business woman and
Becomes the President
OH,
That is called a nightmare

I like this.  If read correctly it is pretty deep .  The road that leads to nowhere, we have all been there.
