Poem -

Watchers

The light and shade of people,
The thrill of observation,
From the outside looking in
Gives some folk elation.

And I used to do the same as them,
Capturing moments where I could,
Once had a sympathetic lens
Though of late I see no good.

Watching other people now
Gives me little pleasure,
Their merit has altered somehow
See how they flock together.

Yet still I venture out there,
And watch occasionally,
Cannot conceive of my eye to tell a lie,
Whence individuality?
