Welsh Weather

Welsh Weather

Slippery pathways.

Grayed out afternoons.

Raindrop races on my window.

Foggy mornings.

Umbrellas bobbing about.

Hoods at the ready.

Dashing through the downpour, hoping you won't get drenched.

Wellies squeaking.

Gloves slapped on the radiator to dry.

Chuck the heating on! I yell to my family.

Thick and warm jumpers.

Toasty and cozy socks.

The wind lifting you off your feet.

Watching the heavens open, and down comes the rain.

The same conversation with the towns folk about the forecast, yes yes lots of rain we live in Wales y'see.

Lovely lines Emma, similar to a place I once stayed. Mostly gray and wet... Warm regards.

Same here, Ireland and Wales, cold wet days, drive to work in the dark, drive home in the dark, even the celebrities have to endure the cold.
