What I Seek

I seek refuge

a home to call my own

A place to which i can be my goofball self

A place to express myself, to set free my wild emotions out their cage

i seek solitude

a place to which i can crawl into to separate myself from reality 

To find comfort in that solemn, yet bliss feeling of being alone

i seek such a place, my saving grace

i seek love, to not only desire it but to be desired

An unshakeable, solid love to which i can wholeheartedly trust

a love that can crush a mountain or a love that can warm my cold, scarred heart

i seek acceptance

i desperately search for those who are willing take me as i am

Whether dark, or light

tall or short

ugly or pretty

As long as they accept the real me 

i seek healing

a way to find my lost mind and fix the pieces that is my heart

to cure the disease that is sorrow, agony and dismay that dwell upon my life and very soul

What i seek is what you seek, what we all seek

what i seek i what everyone seeks

i seek happiness and peace
