What's it like...?

depression? ... 

Whats it like? ...

"it's like drowning yet everyone around you is breathing."

that much is true.

everyone around you talking,

cant see you standing there screaming at the top of your lungs with that little it of hope that someone might turn around and see you.

instead they continue to smile like life is amazing, 

when you know different. 

Ignoring you, or so it seems. 

And it doesn't matter how loud your voice gets, 

or how many times your voice cracks,

doesnt matter how big a scene you make.

you're not noticed. 

Or even heard. 

It feels like everything you think you should say,

need to say,

you can't.

so you won't.

and everything you think is worth fighting for,

living for,

isnt.

it feels like the world is on your shoulders.

pushing you to the ground so hard.

It's breaking you.

depression....

it kills you inside. Breaks you, bit by bit until trees nothing left.

it hurts. 

A lot.
