Poem -
When ...
Abandoned Church
When did it happen
Had the congregation already melted away
Had the rot and lethargy long set in
Before the visible decay
Now windows looked faded and lifeless
Stone looks cold and unhealthy
They have gone somewhere else for church
only leaving the mice and bats in the belfry .
