I love when it rains
Oh, the beauty it brings
Smiles form like rainbows
Oh, his eyes like angels they sing
Sitting beneath the shade as
Rain drops fall on new memories made
He held me there today
I'd love if the rain would drag till may
"I love you" as he held me
It took today for me to see
I love when it rains

It doesn't seem finished..
But you see, that's the point. "When It Rains" is meant to be a story, it in fact is. The poem is telling of an event that happened to me very recently with someone who I truly love. I hope and know with all of my heart that this story isn't over.
