Which sport / game am I describing ?!

Attack , Defence , Flow
Rackets but no ball .
Wind is it's enemy
It has to be played indoors .

A court but no sovereign
If a drink  Singles or doubles
A net but no fish .
Officiated by no referee ,
- But an umpire .
