Sun's warm hand stretches down, a caress on skin,
Waking life in every cell, a new day to begin.
Not just light, but magic bright, a gift unseen,
Sunshine's power brings forth joy, a vibrant green.
Hopeful thoughts, like golden rays, for minds so clear,
Muscles dance, hearts sing their tunes, where sunshine belongs.
Moods uplifted, spirits light, endorphins flow,
Chasing shadows of the night, a brighter glow.
Nature's therapy, a peaceful mind, beneath the sun's embrace,
Worries melt, anxieties unwind, leaving not a trace.
Laughter rings, children play, in parks and fields so free,
Sunshine's touch lights up the day, for all the world to see.
So step outside, and soak it in, this gift from up above,
