BEYOND THE VEIL
Beyond the veil of form, where shadows skip,
I lie, a canvas bare, in a primal reverie.
No jeweled light, no stain of deepest darkness,
Just the hushed breath of being, pure and bright.
Across the wall-hanging of mortal sight,
Elegance parades, or hides in darkest plight.
But I, unveiled, transcend the mortal coil,
A silent witness to the cosmic spoil.
No stain of black, no dazzle to enthrall,
I stand in nature's truth, unheeding all.
A vessel for the whispers of the truth,
A canvas waiting for the rising sun.
