WIMBLEDON 2020

Dedicated to all the people I have met at the Championships 

Wimbledon 2020 won't be happening this year 
I for one have shed a silent tear 
For that place is my mecca and heaven 
This year would have made my total twenty seven

Meeting up with special friends at half past three
Take our place in jolly good company 
Decide on which matches we want to see
As long as she's French that's what interests me

The drama that unfolds throughout the week
Is really something special and unique 
So many emotions and memories are held there
Another victim of the virus which is so unfair
