Believe in yourself
Do not let the slings and arrows of nay sayers stop you 
Keep your eyes fixed on the prize
Not on the ways you can't make it 
Be of good cheer even when days are tough
You are soon going to reap better karma
Be kind even to those who are unkind to you
Speak the truth and not too often
For silence is the keeper of wisdom
In the days to come do not worry about tomorrow
It is only the now you should concern yourself with 
Respect your elders someday you will grow old 
Laugh whenever you can it is music to God's ears 
When you are sad talk to 
God he will send the angels
Tell the ones you care about that you love them every day 
Pray often.
