Wonder

Sometimes I wonder if you don’t see it

Or maybe you don’t want me

Maybe you hate the idea of being loved by someone like me

Maybe touching me isn’t as thrilling for you

I wonder if my love disgusts you

That you wish for nothing else but for me to stop

I wonder if I make a fool of myself every time you make me smile

Or maybe just maybe you love my crooked teeth

Maybe you love that I hold you a bit tighter and longer every time

Maybe you love how hopelessly I adore you

Maybe you wonder if I miss you

Maybe you think of what we could be too.
