Wonder is for those whom dont already know

~~He asked her once upon a time what she saw when she looked at him. She didn’t hesitate with an answer not thinking what it might’ve actually meant to him.
At the time smitten she gave a superfluous response. Obviously he was candy to her eyes. A smile that charmed. A kind understanding for all her troubles. All the right words to warm her soul.
But what she really saw is someone with wheels constantly turning in their head in attempt to do and say all the right things. A big heart on a hard workers sleeve. A slave to the needed
A wall she thought she had chipped into. But she came to see after the dust settled that she hadn’t even scratched the surface. All she was given was a path to the wall. Now it seems she shall never break down that wall to see what is on the other side.
The path laid out was sprinkled with subtle clues as to whom he may be and what his intentions were. A puzzle full of pieces with a few rough edges not easily put together and a fresh wound from recent heartache. A temporary mental and physical void was all that was to be filled.
Kinship is what is received at this time. A bond of the mind a series of mutual understandings not spoken through words. Difficulties arise at times however distinguishing deep thought from other emotions.
She is okay with where they stand though as she knows for herself that a connection of this magnitude is hard to come by and rarely exists so she will not take this for granted.
The future of any commencement is bleak and has troubled her mind many times however she is coming to peace with what fate has commanded and she shall cross the bridge and move on, the water underneath now clean of debris and able to flow freely.
