A 13 Year Old’s Love Poem

To me you are amazing and special and unique. But, then again I love you too much to put these words as labels on you, you are too perfect for words. When I first saw you... I couldn't even tell you what was going threw my mind. That at that moment I might as well have fallen in love, and I might have, just the moment when my eyes met yours and I told you my name. I had never told anyone I loved them that wasn't blood related and when you first told me you loved me.. Well I didn't know how to react. I loved you.. But I was afraid to. I don't know if that makes sense, but someone as perfect like you.. Won't stay with someone like me. When we started being friends, every single moment of that.. Was just perfect. I only went to school to see you. I only wanted to see you. Then I got to kiss you.. The first time we kissed, at lunch, my next period was math but I couldn't hear a thing, all I heard was my heart racing to see you again. I had fallen in love with you, and I'm not afraid to say it. I'm not afraid to say it because, I still am in love with you. You have dated a lot of people since I knew you, and none of them were exactly right, right? Well, I've been there the entire time, I know all your strengths.. And weaknesses. You and I.. Belong together from the way I see it. Fate brought us together for a reason. I was gonna leave Cabrillo on account that I got bullied, but I stayed.. To meet you. Meeting you in 7th grade was the best thing that has ever, ever happened to me. They say there's always a rainbow after some rain, Right? Well you're my rainbow. You're my shooting star... You're my one in a million. I treasure you as much as a pirate would treasure his.. Tell you how much you really mean to me.. But I couldn't find the words to begin. You're my whole world. I couldn't ask for anything more from you, who you are, is who I want to spend the rest of my life with. There is nothing you can do to make me hate you, there's nothing to make me lose my respect, or love for you. I love you, so, so, much. I love you so much it hurts.. But it's the type of hurt I couldn't love without. I gave you my heart, and maybe someday you'll give me yours too. If you're hurt I will make you better, I will be here for you, forever and always. I love you so much. I just.. I can't wait to see you and hug you.. I miss you so much.. Everyday without you is a day I never want to relive. If you're broken, I will put you back together. When I was down you picked me up and I'll do the same for you. I need you, and you need me too. If we made it threw every stupid fight and still said I love you, then what does that tell you? We can make it threw anything if we stay together. You're the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, I am in love you. One day I'll prove to you, I'll prove how much I love you. I will if you give me the chance. I promise to never hurt you again like I did before and I'm so sorry for that, I promise to always be here for you. And I promise that no matter what I'll never leave your side. You're my one and only, forever and ever.
