A Reaper’ s Tale

A Reaper’ s Tale

Looking out on this land that he use to call homeΒ

Tragedy struck long,long agoΒ

His whole family was murdered by a adversary foe

Sitting upon his steed who is steadfast, trueΒ

Thinking , contemplating his next moveΒ

Picking up the scent beyond the cliffs of fateΒ

Time is growing short but justice is close at handΒ

With his wings pointed high into the heavens aboveΒ

My God forgive him about the path he has choosen to goΒ

Galloping down in full strideΒ

No one will be left aliveΒ

The sacrifice of his loved looms large in his mindΒ

With the moon in the sky shining ever so brightΒ

A reaper’ s revenge will quench his thirst on this unholy of a nightΒ
