Poem -

Alan.

Dad? Or should I call you Alan. Why did you leave us behind?   Your three kids. Why did you leave mom for a whore, who was full of needles?

Why did you leave three kids with no money, attention, or justification?

Can you tell me why you sinned in adultery? Why you left my mother countless times for a different trap whore?

You left one daughter suicidal, wanting to go six-feet under rather than living a life you gave her.

You left one daughter not going to love or trust any other man the same way she did you.

The last you left alike you. Lying, unfaithful, and remorseless.

I can never forgive what you did to mom. You never hit me, but it felt like my heart and soul got a beating.
