Ant Farm

Carousel
round and round we go
Where it stops I would
Love to know
I am weary of the Truman show
I feel a sense of realization
That this is some kind of prime time show
For a group of cosmic sadists
That like to go and watch those humans
like ants in an ant farm
Wouldn't that be low?
But I remember when I must
Have been around ten
Having red ants in my farm
And. Dropping in a ton of black ants
And watch the fun
Now I felt no remorse as
To me they weren't alive
Like me
I was totally feeling free
That is how it could be
And man does that idea really
Terrify me
So I have since stopped collecting ants and have come to revere
all living things.
Maybe that is what will happen here they will evolve and set us free
