As long as you remain
in my own embrace,
my heart will also
keep on pounding.
After you leave;
Your memories will
come to my mind
And this heart will
keep on yearning.
When I gave my heart away
Without knowing that you would
Take it or not, in wait I was
Of this moment.
Today I found you
And I sigh with relief
Lets sit together and talk
About love.
Let the day pass and
Let the dawn set
And let night come don't go
Away anywhere.
Hide me in your arms
Of your love and let me sleep
Let love cross its boundaries.
As long as you remain
in my own embrace
my heart will also

keep on pounding.
After you leave;
Your memories will
come to my mind

ABOUT AUGUST ANGELS: Effective from August, this year, myself, Williamsji Maveli and Honorable Poetess Nardine Sanderson had come up with an idea of collaborate (co-writing) writing of verses in mutual interest and good intention with a title " AUGUST ANGELS " in our wonderful site COSMO, Now, Poetess Colleen Kelbert, Piusha Singh, Leola Stotts, Mimi Mata, Flower Girl, and Madonna Williams, were also joined us with their golden pens. We welcome them to this co-writing experience. We will be writing and posting as many poems as possible focusing on love, Freedom peace and harmony in life. Hope all will support our effort at this juncture, we love poetry and we live in poetry. We look forward to hearing from you on our joint-venture in Poetry Writing.
