Tarnished image

Crumpled leaves
Autumn solace
As flora grieves
Fingers caress
From rested souls
Inexplicable softly grows
Lyrical notes
Reminisce your face
Departed yet forever enlaced
Untainted kiss
Gossamer thread
Caresses my face
And across my head
Whispers unheard
Like nothing was said
Fears to rest now
My heart has bled.
