Yes  , Know they are good for you .
It has to be done.
The consuming of fruit and vegetables
- But I find it no fun .

They can be dressed , As you like.
Their virtues trumpeted , 
However you fancy .
The blunt truth is ....
I'll always prefer a good Cornish pasty !
