Dark Sea

This black ocean rises and falls as the moon,

Slow and steady like the tides ebb and flow,

Each high tide and swell a unwanted explosion of red,

Each flow and low a bottomless black abyss,

This black ocean crashes the distant shore,

Gleaming warm and bright only to be consumed and released,

Unpredictable breaks on repeat until the end of it's time.
