Dark to Light

Alphabet of keys, my release,

Of stress and pain that wouldn’t cease,

Sometimes romance and love,

About my mind did shove,

Expressing emotions,

Me unknown and my devotions,

Difficulties to express was stark,

My inner light and dark,

Throw up of words in a splatter shot,

My secret but knowledge all else not,

For me to gain my release,

All to understand please,

Optimistic I strive to gain,

Readers eye and heart in vain,

New to the write,

I express my right,

Be heard in my plight,

Again to be whole,

In my life that was stole,

Avoid dark, a path in sight,

Finally to the bright light.
