Deep Into My Thoughts

It's late, I begin to think of things past.

Crying my heart out silently for help,

Wandering why I get depressed so fast.

Feelings of being beaten with a belt,

Makes me curl into a tightly coiled ball.

Alone i stand at the edge of a cliff,

Waiting to be pushed so downwards I'll fall.

Falling into a deep, dark, dirty ditch

I become afraid of feeling I hide.

They haunt me like monsters in a nightmare,

They follow me to the place I reside.

Persuaded to kill myself, I don't care.

Being left alone with your thoughts at night,

Will turn into a catastrophic fright.
