Poem -

Did you say anxiety.

Painting a smile on my face for everyone to see
Pretending that anxiety isn't taking over me
Telling myself it's all just in my head
I just want to hide away in my bed
My hands start to sweat my body starts to shake
I lie to my friends and say it's just a tummy ache
How can I tell them they won't understand
That my anxiety is way out of hand
Having anxiety is my worst enemy
I just hope one day is just a bad memory.
