DINNER PARTY

Eight dinner guests sitting round the table
Bear in mind though that story is only a fable
Mohammed Ali arrived first and sat on his chair
To his left the Queen of England would be there

Next to the Queen there would a young lady be
Greta Thunberg my heroine in today's society
Sitting to Greta's right would be Marilyn Monroe
Dressed to the nines with diamonds on show

Gandhi made it to the table as guest number five
Barrack Obama the next dinner guest to arrive
Two more guests the line up would be complete
That's when Pele came in and sat on his seat

The final guest arrived nearly twenty minutes late
It was the taxi's fault and that left her in a state
However she arrived and to the dinner she came
With her diary in her bag Anne Frank is her name
