Emotions

Feelings rise and fall like the ocean,

That's the nature of our emotion.

As we arise every morning,

With outstretched arms, we start  yawning.

Never Knowing what the day has in store,

Will this new day hurt some more 

Or will it be full of abstract bliss,

The problem with emotion, It's hit and miss.

It's so hard to define, 

When feelings become emotions and they start to combine.

Sending mixed messages to the brain,

Sometimes driving you quite Insane.

Some emotions make you rise,

Like a mighty condor to the sky.

Feelings of Intense pleasure,

That's impossible to truly measure.

If we never venture to take a chance,

We would rarely  ever find romance.

As we gaze intensely in each others eyes,

We feel our emotions start to rise.

You must feel empowered to ride that ocean,

To maintain the flood of your emotion.
