Every time I try to sleep
Every time I try to sleepÂ
My heart hurts too much;
I cannot breathe.Â
The world feels like it’s crashing down;
I try to scream but can’t make a sound.
I’m trapped inside my head;
Consumed with pain and dread.
I wish I knew what I should do.
I wish I had someone to hold onto.

You can really feel the despair in these words which have been so painfully expressed. There will be a great many who can relate to this. I've been there myself, it's a horrible place. It does get better, though, with time. Hang on in there ? x
