You contribute yourself to me,

Like a flower that blossoms at night,

And its presence is known

 by the dew that drips from it,

By the odor shed through the darkness,

As the first steps of spring are by the buds

That thickens the branches.

My heart knew of your arrival,

As the night feels the approach of a dawn.

The clouds are in flames and my blue sky fills

With a smashing, revealing flood.

You break upon my thought

Like waves at the high tide,

And my heart is drowned

Under swelling songs of love
