"FLY"

"FLY"

We are two lovers
Love is everlasting
Filled with desire
And full of passion

Things pulled from the past
That still hold a place
Difficult to kill away
Somehow, somewhere

It's there everyday
Could it be that
All that has transpired
Led us to what is now
Fuel to feed the fire

Burning between the folds
Not just infatuation
More than stings of lust
Something much more powerful
You can feel it can't you

Staring through opposite ends
Of the glass
Can you see it too
Aren't we all just a little insane
Believe me

Mine eyes hidden
Beneath lids
Yet still see
Visions more than dreams
A night breeze
Ambrosia from Olympus
Manna from heaven
A roll of dice
A magnificent seven

I could understand why
An angel would conceal
Her wings, no being
On Earth could handle
Fathom the essence
of such things
You're my supernatural

An hour you've
Lied in your bed
Third eye wide open
Can't find rest
Movement at the window
Bids you to rise

Something there, a shadow
In the moon light
Darling hold no fear
It is I
Come my dear
It's a perfect night to fly
