Poem -

For you, I Would

For you, I Would

I would walk on shards of glass
if I thought it'd make you stay
if I thought it's change today.

I would face chaos
if I knew you'd face it with me
if I knew you'd stay and not flee.

I would give my last breath
if it meant one last kiss
if it meant sweet bliss.

However, I know it matters not
if I walk on shards of glass,
or if I face chaos,
or if I give my last breath.

none of it matters,
for you refuse to stay
or to even give me that last kiss I so yearn for.

no, you have disappeared from my sight.
I, I have given up this fight.

Being Me

Unrequited love...an ugly thing that hurts like hell. Your words about it, however, are beautifully put x
