Forgotten Tomorrows

Forgotten Tomorrows

You still see it every night . Blurred cop car lights  in the pouring rain. Now you lay down drowning in the pain. Behind bars and surrounded by locks & keys . A place where all of your love is the only fee.

Everyday you are bombarded by forgotten tomorrows that surround you all too well. Society has gone insane . Why are lives for sale? They are all dressed in orange suits & a Covenant of unproved claimed  innocence .

"That's not a problem of mine" you might say, as you turn the channel , or simply drive away. But tell me , what would you do if your identity , if you were known as  were but a mere number ,  Not even a name.
