FROM THE PLAINS

That's where they came from with their sophist choice,
they think that they're the only ones with a voice,
you're out of your league my dear mon ami,
perhaps you should just stick to your wurzel mentality.

Maybe the Apache could have taught you a thing or two,
they watched you from a hill like magical,
they watched you trip over yourselves with inferior knowledge,
and then destroy yourselves and any privilege.

Slow cooking removes any resistance,
and mutes your claims and any insistence,
how you wished to join someone better than you,
but there was nothing that you could ever do.

It was time to realize your wretched history,
and resign yourself to a lack of mystery.
